Scope and acceptance
These terms govern your use of catalog-flowcore.digital and your purchase or attendance of training provided by Catalog Flowcore Lab in Batumi, Georgia. By booking or attending, you confirm that you are at least 18 and accept these terms.
Educational purpose
All lessons, chart examples, workbooks, and discussions are general education. They are not investment, legal, tax, or personalized financial advice. We do not provide signals, execute trades, manage funds, or guarantee performance. You remain responsible for every market decision and loss.
Enrollment and conduct
A place is confirmed only after written acceptance and any stated fee is received. You agree to participate respectfully, protect other learners’ private information, and avoid recording sessions without permission. We may remove conduct that disrupts learning or threatens safety; refund eligibility then follows our Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
Course materials are licensed to the enrolled learner for personal study. You may not reproduce, resell, publish, share access to, or use them to deliver another course. Your own journals and submitted work remain yours; you permit us to review them solely for teaching and feedback.
Availability and liability
We aim for accurate, available materials but may correct errors or reasonably adjust instructors, examples, and schedules. To the extent permitted by Georgian law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect loss arising from reliance on educational content. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that law does not allow us to exclude.
