Cohort program cancellations
For Risk Architecture, cancel at least 14 calendar days before the first session for a full refund. Cancellation 7–13 days before the start qualifies for a 50% refund. Within 7 days, the fee is non-refundable because the small cohort place and materials have been allocated. You may request one transfer to a later available cohort instead.
Workshops and private audits
Cancel a Position Sizing Intensive at least 7 days before the workshop for a full refund, or 3–6 days before for 50%. Private Trading Process Audits may be cancelled for a full refund with 48 hours’ notice. Later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. One reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Deposits, started work, and materials
Where an enrollment deposit is offered, it reserves a limited place and is non-refundable after the stated cancellation window, but is applied fully to the fee. Sessions already delivered, personal reviews already performed, and digital workbooks or case libraries already accessed are deducted at their proportional listed value from any partial refund. We do not charge for unpurchased physical materials.
Cancellation or changes by us
If we cancel training and cannot offer an acceptable replacement date, we provide a full refund for the cancelled program or undelivered portion. If an instructor, room, or schedule must change but equivalent training remains available, we will notify you and offer reasonable transfer options. If severe disruption prevents delivery, we will prioritize rescheduling or a proportional refund.
How to request a refund
Email hello@catalog-flowcore.digital with your name, program, scheduled date, and reason for the request. We confirm the applicable amount before processing. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may require additional processing time.
Exceptions and learner rights
We consider documented serious illness, bereavement, or comparable exceptional circumstances individually and may offer transfer, credit, or refund beyond the standard windows. Removal for serious misconduct is not refundable for delivered or committed training. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer right under Georgian law.
